I did, it's because the acid is messing up the lining in your throat so it's irritated

I threw up blood my whole first trimester and going into my second.. sadly my doctor said as long as it isn't alot it's just from your throat being sore & the stomach acid coming up irritating your lining.

I did with my first I threw up so much my throat was raw and bled
