So I have my lip pierced it's still technically open just not enough for a 14g and I really want it open again but I'm only 19 weeks preggo can't I just push a needle through it at home with some ice :/ Ive read some things that say it's fine and some say it's not! 4 months seems so far away lol

Most doctors and piercers say to wait. Just because there is a risk of infection and it can be passed to baby.

Yea, it does. I had a tattoo appointment set up and then found out I was pregnant.. Now I gotta wait until he is done breastfeeding.. But he is all worth it!

if you do it properly and its already pierced then it won't have much risk. just make sure to clean everything. keep the piercing clean as well. found out I was expecting right after getting mine pierced a few years ago. doc said just keep it clean but I would wait on any other piercings and any tattoos.

technically it's already pierced and you could just shove the bigger bar through. its gauging which is stretching not piercing. any skin that does break is minor and as long as its kept sanitary you shouldn't have any issues.
