No, you'll create an oversupply. You can get milkies to catch your milk if you want to save it. You can oump once a day after morning feed.

@xoamac, I pump right before my boobs feel like they are almost engorged. I find that I get more milk out. I do this so that I can have milk for the day as some to bag & freeze.

I feel like my boobs hurt before they even get completely engorged so I've been pumping before then but that sounds like a great idea @janine724
