going to a field trip to the natural history museum Friday with my youngest sister in law hopefully I have the energy to keep up with her 4th grade class .any tips advice on food or anything I should take for nausea energy and keeping up will help

I went to the zoo with my sisters class last year when I was pregnant & I stayed nauseous during my first trimester. Crackers and orange Gatorade were my best friends that day! Sounds crazy but I promise lol

Tons of water & gatorade and tons of snacks!!! Bring a bag to keep it in. And maybe a battery operated fan that spritz water also tums and Tylenol! Where a hat and sunglasses. Lol. Have fun!! :)
