Ok preggies I need some ideas. My dr said Im actually a little farther along and to start walking a lot n having sex to get my little boy to come out. My dr said he is already dropped n in the birth canal. I'm just not dilating too fast. I have been 1 cm for about 2 weeks now and I really want him to come out soon so I don't have to end up being induced. So do y'all have any suggestions on what to do? I'm already walking, having sex and bouncing on my exercise ball. What other suggestions do y'all have? TIA 😊.

When I was already dialated sex worked immediately your cervix is already soft so the prostaglandins should do their job good luck
Don't pee afterwords just put your legs up the sperm acts as potocin and helps start labor
@lynna0909, his sperm thins my cervix? I didn't kno that. I usually get right up afterwards n pee. Maybe doing that will help. And @junesmommy15 maybe I'll try some squats along with the exercise ball and see if that works. But I have a feeling ur right. Lol.

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
