So my SO and I are together but currently in different states due to me going to school and him working to find us a place. I make 400 a month and it all goes to my car payment, school, & gas. Is it possible to get child support even though I plan on moving in with my SO once I'm done with school? & if so, how much should he pay?

I want the support for my child. all my money goes to my car & school payment so I don't have any left over to get anything for my son. @10.26.2016
But if you want child support for your car note that's not going to your baby so it would be wrong
He makes so much more than me so he would be able to tansfer the money but he doesn't want to go through the courts but I do because for over a month he said he would pay my car payment and when it came down to it, he didn't have the money. @milasmomma @mommastone
Would he be able to transfer you money via bank accounts? Paying child support makes the situation look bad but I believe it all depends on his paycheck 😊
