Is It Normal to Have Contractions at 18 Weeks?

Is it normal to be having contractions at 18 weeks? My lower stomach keeps getting really tight. It's happening in every 5-10 minutes. It hasn't been going on for very long. But they are making me so nauseous.

I just don't want to call if it's not anything wrong. And it's been a constant pressure for about 10 mins now without stop so I don't know if they really are contractions yet or not @kim5309 @brittney1207

I would call the nurse hotline..if they are ten min apart ..that could be early labor.
