I fail to see why some people cannot get the grasp of when my baby is asleep she cannot be woken up…

I fail to see why some people cannot get the grasp of when my baby is asleep she cannot be woken up to be fussed over and passed around like a toy. Then I have to struggle for ages to settle her again and it disturbs her routine she's got going on. You wouldn't go and wake a 3 year old up when they've just gone to sleep for a cuddle, why do people think it's acceptable to do it to a baby. ExMIL wanted to see her this morning and shouted at me when I told her no because she was asleep in bed and not to be disturbed😡
