So my glucose level was a 244 :( I have to go back in for an a1c test on Thursday. I am freaking out. My mom had gestational diabetes with my little sister and then it came back permanently a year later. She has had so many issues with it and I don't want to be like that. I barely eat anything and I've lived on fruits. Why!!? 😰😰😰

fruits are natural sugars:( there was a point where diabetics werent aloud to have fruits and now when they do it has to be small portions:( from what im told anyway i have gd and it runs in my family like yours so were more prone to getting it during pregnacy and in later life:( it sucks. but healthy eating and 30 min of exercise a day does wonders
I also recently found out that I can't take maternity leave only having been at my job since March... I must put in my two weeks when I am ready, and be completely rehired back after baby and recovery from second c section 😰😰😰😰 I'm so worried. What if they don't hire me back, and I have a two year old and an infant and no job. I am terrified about this
So I wanted to name my daughter Serenity & then my brother & parents called me after they had a whole house meeting saying the name “wouldn’t get her a job”.. now I’m back to square one 🙄
FATHER GOD, I had to edit this and bring it back up. There are so many new here so i wanted talk to get a chance to jump in with prayer!

I ate everything during my first pregnancy and was fine and now this.....I don't know yet but I'm freaking out. I hate needles. I've been trying to eat better. I've even ate salads! And that's huge for me! :) And I walk at least 2 miles a day :( Why us??
