Question ladies.... Do anyone else's hand cramp up so much at night they can't sleep they wanna cry? Seriously tossed and turned all night because my fingers hurt so bad is that normal?

I used the icy hot and slept with a splint on my hand. Also you can use a bag of frozen veggies to wrap around your hand. And exercise your hand and fingers and massage them before bed @jellybeansmommy

Pregnant women get it frequently. It is best to avoid sleeping on your hands/arms/wrists at night under the pillows, etc. Try to prop your arms and hands over a pillow so they get plenty of blood flow. You can also get some tiger bomb or icy hot for muscle ache.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
