im not talking about his lips , he scratched his lip , im just asking about the rash because he didnt have that until he dripped formula on his face .. but thanks everyone !

looks like yeast my oldest had it. i used coconut oil and kept his face moisturized and wiped thoroughly

may be herpes or a yeast infection. wipe his face with a wipe to clean it completely after every feeding and try Aquafor

I would say it was just from the formula too! my niece had the same thing and I always asked my sister if she was okay. The doctor told my sister to just put some vaseline on it and keep the formula off the face as best as you can!
