I have been thru so many pumps even though my daughter will be 1 on the 22nd of this month I kind of want to get another pimp, I have tried the lanolin, the ameda was a good one for me I can't remember the name of the other I will look but since like 10 months I just use the hand pump since she feeds mostly nights and weekends. You must have nipple balm, mothers milk tea, a lactation cookie recipe, and eat oatmeal one or two times a day and drink lost so water and a Gatorade or two doesn't hurt good luck I never thought I would make it to 1 year of BF even though I only did exclusive a little over 6 months !!!!

nursing bra's, breast pads, I love my Medela pump(it's not cheep but so worth the price), since you plan on going back to work I would get a hands free pumping wrap to put on so you can get stuff done (depending on your job). storage bags for your milk, you can also buy lactation cookies from babies r us. but I don't think there are many in a pack.

I used the evenflo double electric pump with my oldest daughter and I loved it. Also get a tube of the Lansinoh Lanolin Cream it really helps with sore bruised nipples.
