i really want some salmon but my SO/baby daddy is such a worrier when it comes to food that he thinks can harm the baby so i think im gonna just get some for lunch and eat it and he won't know...is that bad? lol
Nope, Salmon is actually really good for you. I ate lots of seafood no problem but I also live by the water and eat it on a regular basis
You can have 12 ounces of seafood per week. And salmon is encouraged during pregnancy (as long as it's cooked of course ;)
I eat stuffed salmon all the time lol. Just make sure it's baked/cooked
