you have to get a big bottle of water and water and walk around for literally 5 hours straight with like 5 min breaks it will work

And I been doing a lot of exercise @jallayah 😩😡and nothing change I the same and I been walking and walking last week and weekends and I don't see no prosses 😂😂😂😂😨😷😓😪👎
