What's the biggest worry for you in the coming last trimester?

I actually went in for something else and ended up being induced because of sky high blood pressure

Going into the last trimester I was always so worried about going into labour when I was home alone, as I don't drive and my fiance works on top of buildings so he really doesn't hear his phone when it rings.
