started getting bad dizzy spells today anything to be concerned about ?? 38 weeks tomorrow

I have been getting them the last few days too )): I'm not sure why! I get dizzy and then start to fall over.

@dohmommy2016, same ..it almost feels like I'm going to fall over but it's not bad to where I almost faint .. guess I'll wait till my appt on Wednesday :/ hope all goes well with u
