Well if your baby has dropped its just adding more blood flow to your vagina it's normal
My vagina swelled up towards the end of my first pregnancy could be that too
there's no yeast. @lynna0909 I've had one of those too. I think it's the material panties I've been wearing.
Could be a yeast infection I get them all the time when I'm pregnant
