So I'm in early labor which is why L&D sent me home. Due date is tomorrow I'm still only 1 cm. These contractions make me cry.. Anyone have any tips to help me get through them?

eep yea no walking for u don't want u getting hurt and try getting in a warm bath tub clothes on or off witch ever and just relax I read that that sometimes helps with contractions
@abelsmom, I hope it helps you! it should take some of the pressure away from your back and hips. you may have to put some pillows under your tummy.
I'll try the rocking back & forth part!! As for walking I can't even do that I kinda hinge over when I get a contraction :( @brudd330
Also if you have a heating pad that works well too
Sitting on the toilet helped a lot with my first.

I groaned with mine or made any type of noise and walked around and rocked back and forth
I'm a FTM too & this pain is excruciating.. It kept me up all night long :( that's the only thing that's kinda helped are the warm baths I took 2 today already but thanks girl:) @jennaboo :( I hope I won't be like this for too long
up on your hands and knees on your bed and kinda move your hips around

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
