Anyone else get nose bleeds? I've never had one and got one this morning 😫

i had 2 in the first trimester

I did in late 2nd trimester

put a cold towel on ur forehead or neck and lay down for awhile pregnancy had alot of strain on us

My entire second pregnancy

@babylanders, @navywifej yea, I'm thinking throwing up this morning might have done it.

i always suffered with them growing up but now that im pregnant i bleed even more, its part of the pregnancy unfortunately :/

they are normal you probably got too hot
