Has anyone gone to birthing classes? My gram like made me sign up and I'm a little unsure.. What goes on there? What should I expect?

I took them, they were very informative on terms, different positions you can use, different stages of labor, different options of pain management. I enjoyed mine and I'm actually still friends with one of the instructors on Facebook lol! We got a tour of L&D as well
