Pedialyte helps prevent them from getting dehydrated. Depending on how old baby is you can give Gatorade, popsicles, water, juice. The only time to avoid milk is with vomiting because it is a natural vomit inducer. If baby is on solids do very bland no seasoning. Or baby food avoid fruits especially apples and pears. It's OK if they don't want to eat as long as they are getting plenty to drink. If there is no wet diaper in 2-3 hours take her to get seen. Or if she is using the toilet and not peeing.

yes @jlspoores is right it helps my daughter was backed up and I gave her pedialyte and a little water and she popped like no other
