I have had unimaginable pain up and down my entire back and my abdomen and chest that has gotten worse and worse since I got up today, makes me out of breath and want to cry when I try to walk through it along with nausea and shakiness, feeling almost flu like. Do you think I could be going into labor?? Its killing me 😫

yea that sounds like labor to me. that's exactly how I felt when I went into labor
yeah they come and go but I have an appointment in an hour and a half so I'm trying to hold off going in until then! Hopefully my doctor will say its time!
With you being 38 weeks the pain sound slide some labor pains but idk about you chest..:/ I got super nauseous during my labor.. are they coming in waves? I would go to L&D just to check on your Blood Pressure even if the pains aren't contractions. .
time them asap. if they get to 5 minutes apart, don't wait until your appointment
