Has anyone when they missed their period, did you cramp a little!

Oooooo ok because I'm cramping a tiny bit every now and then but my period was supposed to come on on the 1 @gcpaschal

I thought I was coming on my period that month. Then I started feeling dizzy and nauseous and I had pain on my side. The pain ended up being a UTI but I was pregnant.
