my ob said that thinning isn't really a big deal, its mainly your dilation that's important.

no. I'm at 6cm and 70% this past Tuesday. I will probably be near or more than 8cm when I go in on Wednesday for my next appointment, but not technically in labor until your contractions are consistent and your water breaks.

@wiccanmommy, if i get to 100% does that mean I am in labor?

you have to be 10 cm and 100% before pushing. so you have some dilating to do.
