I need some advice from other moms wow either have or are breastfeeding
Like @uhohitskyra said, definitely pump in between feedings as well as feed on demand. That will keep your supply up too. Look up on google "lactation cookies" or there's a ton of recipes for them on Pinterest. It calls for Brewers yeast, that's the key ingredient.
First thing: are you drinking plenty of water? Eating well and feeding on demand? Our body will change in supply as our babies demand it. If she is still drinking, feeling full and having enough wet diapers your body is just responding to her. If you are worried enough the pump between feedings. Also contact your local lactation consultant. They are there for you!
How do I make them and does it make what kind of how I eat the oatmeal? @babyjjsmommy
If you're trying to increase your milk supply drink a lot of water, eat oatmeal, and you can even go as far as to make lactation cookies.
When my daughter was born my milk flow was so strong and then all of a sudden it has slowed down. What does it mean and what can I do about it
Will strawberry oatmeal work? And is it cooked or uncooked oatmeal that I need to eat. I just wanted to be sure.
