I need some advice mommies! I'm 26 weeks almost 27 and my lower back and thighs are hurting. Last night I could barely walk! It hurts to lay in bed, set in a chair, or do anything really. What should I do? I don't want to be one of those crazy first time moms that calls the doctor every time she feels a pain, but it's getting to the point where I can't even lay down!
I'm a first time mom and I'm only 19 weeks but stretching helps SO much! I have back pain from before my pregnancy so it just makes it worse...I stretch, use my heating pad and take warm baths to relax my muscles! I hope you feel better momma!
