Yes. It's gooey, and may have a hence of blood. You will definitely be able to tell the difference, especially if it's in your undies.

I was just wondering cause I've had what I think was discharge in my underwear my whole pregnancy now im not having any . I just had alot of what I think is discharge come out but im not sure . @mommyhughes4

mine honestly looked like a nasty loogy in my underwear (nasty i know!!)
