Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?

definitely not weird, as long as your comfy cause that's what counts. I'm gonna make sure i wear baggy stuff so nothing is too tight
