Yes. I was having contractions close together yesterday I went into L&D they did check my cervix I was 1cm 50% effaced and they said I was a -4. I left the hospital. Today when I got up I didn't have any bleeding at at from the exam but I lost a chunk of my mucus plug. I had sex 4 hrs ago with my so to help speed up labor relaxed and I just got back from a walk and I've been cramping under my belly in the vaginal region with pain in my back.. And I've never bleed from a cervical exam @mommybump2016

too me it looks mucusy , have you been experiencing cramps?
