Okay, this is gonna sound silly! Has anyone ever felt so down, like under a grey cloud, whenever they're not eating!?
I feel like nearly depressed any time I'm not filling my face!
I only eat when I'm hungry. But in between my meals I get so bleh. When my meal time comes around and I've gotten about half way through my meal I'm so alert and feel like my usual bubbly self. Maybe my blood sugar is dropping? Hm
