My 10months old son is super smart. He comes to show me that his had pooped by pointing to his diaper and saying ka ka...which kakka for poop😂

Mommas I need advice. Kynton gets a super bad rash when he poops. From one poop and maybe 45 seconds of him being in that diaper turns his butt bright red and blisters. We only use Huggies and Pampers diapers. Could it be disposables that do this? The gel stuff mixing with his poop that creates the rash?? And should I try a few cloths to see if it helps? Or what do I do. He poops at least 2 times if not sometimes more a day. And it puts him in agonising pain. His Drs said don't worry but his Booty is always red, bleeding and hurts him.
