Someone told me primrose tea/primrose pills are supposed to help soften your cervix, anyone ever use these before and did it help? I'm 38+2 and ready to see my babys face now!
Even though I'm getting induced on the 30th. should I try that primrose tea that's supposed to help with dialation?

yea i took pills starting at 39 weeks when i was 3cm dilated and 70% already and baby came 39w 3 days

yep just went to cvs got them they are n the vitamin section and took 1 at night before bed
