Oh ok. thanks. I have no idea what my cervix is doing. my midwife said that checking too early and too frequently can cause early delivery and increase the risk of infection. I think I've been having BH for the past few days. is this an indication of labor coming soon?

They are not regular though and they don't cause cervical changes

They can be painful. My first pregnancy they weren't. And they went away when getting hydrated or changing position. Second pregnancy they were a little painful the further I got. This is my third and I can tell I'm going to have back labor because I get the tummy tightening but it also goes to my back and hurts really bad.

there not painfull just tight and only last a few seconds
