almost every time I turn in bed I feel like I keep pulling muscles in my stomach anyone else deal with this should I be concerned

round ligament pain.... it's completely normal..... it's just the ligaments holding your uterus stretching because it's growing

thanks ladies I'm only 14 weeks and I had a miscarriage years back at 15 weeks so I'm very on edge
