has anyone gotten there tooth pulled during pregnancy? is it safe
Yeah, I looked at your page & saw you were near 20 weeks that's why I told you 😊
I would be 20 weeks to this week coming up that you hun
I was 20 weeks for my first surgery too btw! I hope you get relief soon ❤️
thanks every one I appreciate your advice
thank you for sharing that with me @chrissytee
Just to let you know, I've had to have two surgeries during my pregnancy. It wasn't an option, I HAD to do it.. Therefore I had to be put under with anesthesia, and my baby is perfectly healthy & unharmed. They monitor your baby if you have to be put under, before, during & after. Mine wasn't for wisdom teeth though, but I'm sure there's a way to help you out of so much pain! Wish you the best!
aww really well I'm going to check with my ob
My docs wouldn't let me get mine pulled if I was pregnant. I had to get a stat blood test ordered because I was 7 days late... This was Right before we actually started trying.
yes I got my wisdom teeth pulled. they just use different anesthetics for pregnant women.
yea my tooth is infected causing other problems
I'm about to do the same I have a bad infection they gave me amoxicillin
I need to get my wisdom tooth out, it's trying to come through, and caused a hole in my gum. I killed the small infection I had with peroxide and rinsing with salt water. But now I have to brush after I eat or drink anything, and always rinse with salt water. I refuse to get any procedures done until after the baby comes. Don't wanna chance anything
I don't know what to do my insurance doesn't cover a root canal😭😭😭😔
you should ask about the anaesthesia they will use because some anaesthesia's can slow down the babies heart rate
thanks very much
