Ugh feeling major depression right now. I haven't felt this helpless since my second trimester, I try so hard to mentally keep it together but things have been creeping up on me and dragging me back into that dark place. I've suffered with this for years but it's hard when your alone because whoever you live with doesn't understand it. 😞😔

yeah I understand. I had gotten extremely depressed not too long ago and it took awhile to get over it. I think since we really don't have much control over our emotions during pregnancy, it takes a Lil longer to get over the state of depression. I hope that whatever u are dealing with subsides and or gets better for u. @v_daloca
@nessa_475, ya I never liked that ..taking meds and stuff ...over the years I've learned to control t but jeez now that I'm pregnant it's like learning all over again...@jesssr it's rough but honestly after your hubby comes to hold you , it all goes away ...
mind over matter. its the only way to control your emotions and ur body, if u don't wanna be on meds for it. I didn't so I learned how to control it. @v_daloca
I suffer from depression and I was diagnosed with panic and anxiety. I don't take meds for any of em. @v_daloca

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
