Question: I have swelling of the feet and legs.. which Yes very normal at 36 weeks but today I notice that they are just huge I mean very very large, I have high blood pressure this pregnancy I took it earlier and it was 144/101 I'm on BP meds but when I checked it again it's 142/94 (not much of a change) I've had my feet up and still no change in swelling.. here's the question, do you ladies think I should call L&D and see what they say? or do yall think it's nothing?

Has that been the normal this pregancy ? If so u can wait till Monday they will probably do a NST to check baby maybe take early if ur pre clam tic

I'm scheduled for a cesarean this coming Friday due to my BP, up till this point all test have came back great. The swelling is totally not normal or to this extent this pregnancy @10yearslater0205 I'm always just scared that I'm overreacting @andiryan93 but I think I'm going to give it a try see what they tell me.

call them... preeclampsia is super serious. i have severe high blood pressure too and I've been hospitalized a dozen times...it can turn bad at any second.
