Is it okay to diet and exercise if you're trying to get pregnant or become pregnant? Like is it healthy to lose a lot of weight?

Healthy slow weight loss is fine, in fact it would probably help conceive. Eat healthier and exercise is better to start before getting pregnant because it will only benefit you when you do get pregnant! Your body will be ready :)

only if you are over weight is losing alot of weight okay, when over weight the more weight you lose the more fertile you get in most cases
