So I Just Got A Probation Violation Notice In The Mail That Said Im $256 Behind In Payments And I Needed To Report To My PO On 4/11/2016 To Explain To Him Why Im Behind But I Tell Him Everytime I Report That Im On Matrrnity Leave Because Im At The End Of My Pregnacy And They Wont Let Me Work Until 6 Weeks After I Have Her. And That I Need To Bring Him $256 When I Come See Him. Im Scared . Am I Going To Jail??? Because Ive Missed 2 Payments?

What @antoinette23 said. Praying that your PO has mercy. Tons of my clients are on probation, however, they're for violent crimes. They don't play any of that in MD.

@emmarosemommy definitely go see him, my sister is married to a PO and i asked him, he said they should work with you number one for being pregnant and on maternity leave you don't control thatd number two for not having any othr violations like not going or things like that, just speak to your PO don't be scared they're human too most have a heart girl

idk if Atlanta is different but I'm on probation also and I don't have a job I haven't payed a penny and I've been on probation for almost 5 years and they just sent it to collections and I don't have a warrant or anything if I did I know they would be coming to get me lol. I'm sure u will be fine and they will understand and you just gotta make up a different payment plan
well i would go in earlier than that day just in case you can try to get a loan from a family member are some because not to scare you when i was 19 had the same issue they dont show pitty they lock you up
legally with you on maternity leave you technically have no Income they have to work with you girl just hav a heart to heaet with you PO
If you're able to, I would even try going in earlier to see if they change payments due to hardships. or contact your lawyer

At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
