My feet are swelling already ! And im only 20 weeks im a first time mom is this bad ??

@emontesmommy, sometimes they have nurse practitioners on the weekends! But I bet it's ok, try elevating your feet and stuff to take the swelling down?

Every body is different and every pregnancy is different... Just ask your ob if you are really worried!!
