You can have any cough mixture that's ok for babies under 3 months. speak to your pharmacist I had a terrible cough for about 2 months and the pharmacy gave me something

try drinking apple juice, it will break the mucus down on your chest. I swear by it. always works for me and its good for kids as well @bambi1254 x
