what happens with braxton hix as I've been experiencing some pains but not sure what they are xx TIA

they aren't regular it's just painful every now and again I'm not worried I was just confused xx thanks ladies @firsttimemummy21 @lollipopscarl

time the pains if they are irregular it's braxton hicks and if there is a pattern might be labour bit either way if you're worried ring the midwife it's what she's there for x

I've been told they're like period cramps and the bump goes really tight... kinda like a mini contraction I think
