1 month postpartum and I feel really cramps like almost contraction pain but just on my right side is this normal

those are contractions your uterus is contracting back down to normal size definitely normal im not a doctor but ive done my research on ante and post partum stuff

I had the same thing, take ibuprofen, I'm 2 months pp and still hurt sometimes

have you been massaging your stomach to get your uterus to contract back down?

But they hurt really bad and there's no blood like when I got up from the couch and tried walking I just couldn't ... @arijane316

that would be period cramps
