have you been massaging your stomach to get your uterus to contract back down?

I had the same thing, take ibuprofen, I'm 2 months pp and still hurt sometimes

those are contractions your uterus is contracting back down to normal size definitely normal im not a doctor but ive done my research on ante and post partum stuff
