@swhite23456, Saline enema think about something... anything oral will go through ur system and yes they say it's ok for baby but why would Anybody want baby to have anything when u could just put salt water in ur bottom and feel great in 5 min. No that sounds crazy but a good clean colon is important to be healthy and water is the cure all for everything nobody ever died from water. I have been using water enema for years as a cleanse when I have a temptation to eat something unhealthy or processed. I get mine at .99 cents only I usually do about 2 to 3 in one week if I eat to much bad food then I start back to fresh food and never need them for months since pregnancy I haven't needed any bc I have had a really clean diet. Meat could also be a major effect on your colon. Sorry to go on and on hope this helps.
