can you talk to them since your not normally late maybe they will work with you

Some places have a late rent forgiveness type thing. Like one time you can pay late with no penalty. I would go talk to them and pay when you have and then figure out how to pay the rest asap

I've never worked with either of those things @deannapooley I wouldn't even know how to do it. And I'm going to try, my husbands next paycheck is on the 6th, two days after its late. not a big jump in days, but I hate worrying lol @jadestarlight

That five day notice means u have 5 days to pay after its late than they file which would mean they file on the 9th. You have time if ur hubby gets paid on the 6th, however youd have a late lol talk to them about waiving it and put what you have now down for rent. lol im an assistant manager at an apt community :)

Make sure it says 5 day notice though because I do a 3 day notice lol

Oh ok, ya with most majot apartment communities there is an owner and mangement company. Like we have owner but he hires the mangement company to actually run the place which I work for :) well I hope everything turns out ok! I wouldnt stress
