well I just found out my baby girl has eczema and I now have to stop using all baby products on her

My daughter has eczema to. I still use the baby products on her and she seems fine I just use it in her everyday..

her doctor told me not to especially if it's scented

Coconut or grapeseed oil on her skin, wash with no soaps unless absolutely necessary, wash everything in free and clear detergent. Usually, those steps will help calm the skin. It's a trial and error process and each situation has a different solution. I wish you the best. I've been an eczema mom for almost 10 years.

her father has real bad eczema so I'm going to just the stuff I use for him for her n her doctor say dove is the best soap to use @queeneden

dove is good @mya2015 not sure if it's good for infants?? I also have eczema and my daughter is showing signs of it as well, I use eucerin on her body but regular baby wash on her head

@sarahdrew, I use the baby cerave on her but with the dove I just gave her a bath wit it n she is doing pretty good

that's awesome, I may try that if I find out for sure she has it like I do and not just baby eczema (my son had that and it's gone now lol)

you don't have to stop using anything on the kid. it's going to be there regardless of what brand you use. my 19 month old has it on her back. we use a brand called noodle and boo which is actually helping esp with the lotion we got from them. as long as you moisturize with a good lotion or baby oil or coconut oil. . you can use whatever you want. I've never been told I couldn't use something on her.
