It's always good to call. It could be as everyone calls it lightning crotch super uncomfortable/painful. The discharge is normal to increase as you get further along the color is more what you worry about. The achy could be baby moving or you stretching. Have you been having any braxton Hicks? My two prior babies were a breeze compared to this pregnancy. These two little guys this time are kicking my butt!!

Those are normal as long as the discharge isn't green or brown

I have itching which makes me think it's BV. Buuuuut I haven't had any Braxton hicks!

this has been happening to me the past 2 days sounds like braxton and lighting crotch.

My whole stomach isn't tightening though. I just get random lower abdominal aches..

it maybe. but maybe they can help u figure out if it is or isn't and if it is then maybe they can give u something different to try and treat it!
