My little one year old has a 24 hour virus... Its making me so sad cause he can't keep anything down, not even water but he keeps asking to "eat eat". What can I do??

He wants to keep eating and eating his limit is 4 oz but he'll still want more he won't stop crying unless I do what do I do he doesn't like his pacifier he spits it out 👶🏻
Whyyyyy is it not safe to eat cinnamon? I have a whole box of cinnamon toast crunch that I can't eat:( the list keeps growing
ugh im so pissed off. my boyfriend cares TOO DAMN MUCH! He keeps freaking out on me whenever i eat things like hot fries or anything junk food. its irking me to death like i just wanna eat my food and now im crying because i cant eat it cause i dont want to hear his mouth. all he says now is if something js wrong with the baby he and i will not be together.
Any advice on how to make my toddler take his 5ml antibiotic he keeps spitting it out, even when offering chocolate after it Hes not meant to eat 2 hours after it but I'm really struggling

my 3 year old has it to woke up at 630 & didn't hardly stop till now she's just gone back to sleep
