Poor baby! I suggest coconut oil for that rash, it has antifungal and antibacterial properties, so not only will it protect the skin like a rash cream but it also has healing properties and can help it heal faster! My girl has had a rash only a handful of times and it always goes away in like a day with coconut oil!!! Other than that I don't have much advice, hope your lil girl feels better soon!!!

Lots of naked time. See if you can get in with the pediatrician to see if it's a yeast infection. If you're breastfeeding it could be something you're eating that's irritating her. You can use vasoline on her bum to keep moisture away from her sore spots.

anytime you change her or bath her let her bottom air dry and then put the ointment on and if you use wipes try the sensitive it helped my daughter when she had a really bad rash
